Cranberry French Toast

  1. Slice challah bread into thick pieces.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and cranberries together.
  3. Cut a pocket into the bread and stuff cream cheese mixture inside.
  4. Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet.
  5. Beat eggs and milk together in a large bowl.
  6. Dip stuffed bread into egg mixture, coating both sides.
  7. Place bread in skillet, cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side, till a nice golden brown.
  8. Enjoy!
