Bloody Mary Martini

  1. Place horseradish & pepperdcorns in vodka bottle; seal & chill at least 24 hours.
  2. Puree tomatoes; drain w/fine-mesh sieve & discard pulp.
  3. Add celery salt.
  4. Fill a shaker w/ice; add 2 oz vodka (not peppercorns or horseradish), 1 oz tomato puree; shake.
  5. Strain into martini glass & garnish w/a celery stalk.
