Pickled Japalenos
- 1 dozen large fresh Japalenos
- 3 cup White vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 5 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pickling spice
- 1 tbsp dried chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Cut peppers into slices, remove pith, wash well and set aside in large bowl.
- Place all other ingredients into 4 cup glass measure.
- Heat to boiling in microwave.
- Pour over peppers, cover, let stand 5 min.
- Warm up large jar under hot water.
- Pour mixture into jar and refrigerate.
