Pickled Japalenos

  1. Cut peppers into slices, remove pith, wash well and set aside in large bowl.
  2. Place all other ingredients into 4 cup glass measure.
  3. Heat to boiling in microwave.
  4. Pour over peppers, cover, let stand 5 min.
  5. Warm up large jar under hot water.
  6. Pour mixture into jar and refrigerate.
