White Star Imperial Daisy

• Ice
• 2 ounces Armagnac
• 1/2 ounce Kummel (liqueur flavored with cumin, caraway and fennel)
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cane syrup, such as Depaz
• 1 ounce Champagne

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the Champagne.
3. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Stir in the Champagne.
