Three Pepper Rib Eye Steak

  1. Coat steaks with olive oil.
  2. Mix all seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of steaks generously with spice mixture, pressing the mixture into the meat.
  4. Chill for at least one hour.
  5. Grill to desired doneness.
  6. Remove and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve either whole or slice across grain.
  8. Garnish with sliced orange, lime, and a sprig of parsley.
