The My Family Hates Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Chuck
- 1 cup Dry Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cups Catsup
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients , except catsup.
- Place meat mixture in a foil lined 13x9 baking pan.
- Spread catsup evenly on the top.
- Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
- For leftover sandwiches, place a bakery style bun on foil.
- Top with meatloaf and provolone cheese.
- Wrap tightly and place in a preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes.
