Easy Roast Turkey Breast
- 10 lb tukey breast
- 1 packet dried onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried minced onions
- 2 tsp ground celery seed
- 1 large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 olive oil; as needed
- Preheat oven to 300
- Cover breast with olive oil.
- Season.
- Drizzle olive oil atop breast again being careful not to knock off seasoning.
- Roast uncovered for approximately 2 hours or until thermometer reaches 160.
- Remove from oven and cover with foil so breast will carry over cook to 165
