Easy Roast Turkey Breast

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Cover breast with olive oil.
  3. Season.
  4. Drizzle olive oil atop breast again being careful not to knock off seasoning.
  5. Roast uncovered for approximately 2 hours or until thermometer reaches 160.
  6. Remove from oven and cover with foil so breast will carry over cook to 165
