Chicken Corden Bleu Recipe
- 3 ounce. boneless chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 ounce. cooked ham, lean
- 1 ounce. Swiss cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. crumbled Melba rounds
- 2 tbsp. liquid skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- Flatten chicken with mallet.
- Place ham slice then cheese slice on the chicken.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Roll up chicken; secure with a toothpick.
- Dip roll in skimmed lowfat milk and roll in crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
- Serves 1.
