Super Protein Chocolate or Mocha Smoothie/shake
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup, to taste (I use Walmart brand)
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee, for mocha
- 2 tablespoons tofu yogurt or 2 tablespoons soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 cup soymilk, as needed
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
- 1 -2 ice cube
- Blend the syrup, coffee, yogurt, soy milk, vanilla and protein powder in blender until smooth.
- Add ice, blend again.
- Serve.
