Kanya 's Spring Rolls
- 2 packages Spring rolls wrappers / 48 pieces
- 1 head Cabbage / cleaned and shredded
- 2 Chicken breast / thin sliced
- 200 grams Minced pork
- 5 slice Ham / sliced
- 1 each Tofu / thin sliced
- 150 grams Vermicelli / soaked in water and cut
- 150 grams Bean sprout
- 1 clove Garlic / minced
- 1 head Onion / sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 3 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 bunch Spring onion / chopped
- 3 Eggs / large size
- 1 tbsp Mix black and white sesame
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- 1 tsp Olive oil or vegetables oil to stir fry the stuffing
- Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water
- In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool
- Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well
- Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish
- On deep fry 180F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :)
