Kanya 's Spring Rolls

  1. Make the stuffing by clean and shred cabbage , slice carrots , onion, ham, tofu,chicken , clean bean sprout , soak vermicelli in water
  2. In the pan sprinkle some vegetables or olive oil , brown garlic ,and follow with chicken , minced pork , ham ,stir until meat is almost cook ,add tofu, cabbage ,carrots,stir until soft ,add seasoning ,vermicelli ,spring onion , mix well , turn heat off, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool
  3. Prepare eggs mixture by beat eggs , add corn starch and sesame and mix well
  4. Wraps the rolls ,on a plate place one sheet of spring roll wrapper on , fill the stuffing 1 and half tbsp , and follow by pictures ,use the eggs mixture to stick the sheet ,repeat until finish
  5. On deep fry 180F .before fry dip roll into eggs mixture ,approximately 3-4 mins until golden brown ,cut half ,and serve hot with Thai chillies sauce ,enjoy :)
