Heath Bar Dessert Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
- 1 quart. vanilla ice cream
- 2 Packages instant vanilla pudding
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 reg. size Cold Whip
- 1-2 Heath (Skoar) candy bars)
- Heat butter and add in crushed cookies and pat into 9x13 pan for crust.
- Bake 15 min at 350.
- Beat pudding and lowfat milk together (about 2 min).
- Add in softened ice cream (stir ice cream into pudding - do not beat).
- Put ice cream mix in cooled pan.
- Put Cold Whip on top.
- Put crushed Heath bars on top.
- Chill overnight.
