Islander Glazed Meatloaf
- 2 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2-2/3 cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. apricot jam
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, steak sauce and eggs just until blended; shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 1 hour.
- After about 45 min., cook jam, mustard and Sriracha sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Brush jam mixture onto meatloaf; bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until meatloaf is done (160 degrees F).
