Islander Glazed Meatloaf

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, steak sauce and eggs just until blended; shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 1 hour.
  4. After about 45 min., cook jam, mustard and Sriracha sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Brush jam mixture onto meatloaf; bake 20 to 25 min.
  6. or until meatloaf is done (160 degrees F).
