Fresh Kale Salad
- 3 handfuls Kale (finely chop just the leaves)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Orange marmalade
- 1 rather large amount Black pepper
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- Remove the leaves from the hard stems of the stem, finely chop, and put in a bowl.
- Add the ingredients to Step 1 and use your hands to mix together well.
- Let sit for about 3 minutes and let the kale soften.
- Use a whisk to mix together the ingredients.
- Lightly toast the sunflower seeds in a frying pan, then finely chop.
- Mix Steps 2 and 3 together to finish.
- Don't throw away the kale stems, use them in this recipe!.
