Fresh Kale Salad

  1. Remove the leaves from the hard stems of the stem, finely chop, and put in a bowl.
  2. Add the ingredients to Step 1 and use your hands to mix together well.
  3. Let sit for about 3 minutes and let the kale soften.
  4. Use a whisk to mix together the ingredients.
  5. Lightly toast the sunflower seeds in a frying pan, then finely chop.
  6. Mix Steps 2 and 3 together to finish.
  7. Don't throw away the kale stems, use them in this recipe!.
