Easy Chinese Fried Rice
- 3 slice of Bacon
- 1 stalk of Celery Chopped into small pieces
- 1 medium Onion chopped into small pieces
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Fry the bacon in a large frypan over medium heat till crispy
- Remove bacon, drain on paper towel.
- When bacon is cooled, crumble it
- Saute chopped celery and chopped onion in bacon grease until color is transparent
- Add beaten egg to frypan
- Add rice and bacon when egg is cooked
- Finally add soy sauce and mix well
- Enjoy!
