Mom's Potatoe Salad

  1. peel, half, and then slice potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. boil potatoes until you can stick with a fork (soft but not mushy).
  3. set potatoes aside in refridgerator to get cold.
  4. boild eggs until hardboiled, cool in refridgerator.
  5. peel eggs and disguard shells.
  6. seperate egg whites from yolks and set aside yolks.
  7. slice or chop whites into roughly 1/4-1/2 inch pieces,.
  8. set whites aside.
  9. put yolks into small mixing bowland mash
  10. add aprox.1/2 cup mirical whip and mustard to yolks and mash and mix.
  11. add rest of miracle whip and mix thoroughly.
  12. Add egg/whip mixture to potatoes.
  13. add all other ingred.
  14. to potatoes and mix thoroughly with large spoon.
  15. put mixture into seving dish, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  16. refridgerate unused portions.
