Pizza Tart

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate 20 to 30 min.
  4. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  5. Meanwhile, place cookies in food processor container; cover.
  6. Process until finely crushed.
  7. Mix with butter; firmly press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan.
  8. Remove 1/2 cup of the thickened gelatin; place in separate medium bowl.
  9. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  10. Spread onto crust to within 1/4 inch of edge.
  11. Arrange fruit over whipped topping mixture; brush or drizzle with remaining thickened gelatin.
  12. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  13. Cut into 12 wedges to serve.
  14. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
