Seafood Kabobs With Herb Butter Recipe

  1. Arrange seafood and onion on skewers.
  2. Brush with Herb Butter.
  3. Toss herbs onto moderately warm coals just before cooking kabobs.
  4. Place kabobs on a well oiled grill.
  5. Cook, basting frequently, for 2 to 3 min per side for a total of 6 to 7 min or possibly till fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and shellfish is hard throughout but still moist.
  6. Serve with remaining Herb Butter.
  7. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
