Pumpkin Pudding Cake
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon clove
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 2 12 cups light cream
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Mix together in order given all but last 3 ingredients.
- Pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix over pie filling.
- Pour melted butter over cake mix.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serve with whipped cream.
