If You Love Yogurt Cheese Pizza Dough

  1. This makes 2 10'' pizzas - I have successfully cut the recipe in half to make just one 10" crust.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda together.
  4. In the bowl of a food processor, add egg whites, yogurt cheese and margarine, and pulse until well blended.
  5. Add dry ingredients to yogurt cheese mixture and pulse until the dough comes together in a ball.
  6. Turn the dough out on to a floured surface (it is very sticky - so flour your hands before you begin kneading), and knead for 30 seconds (I just count each kneading motion to 30).
  7. Divide dough into 2 equal parts.
  8. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and pat into your choice of shape (I usually spray my hands with non-stick cooking spray to help form the shape).
  9. Form a "lip" to hold in your toppings.
  10. Top with your choice of pizza toppings
  11. Bake between 15 to 20 minutes.
