San Francisco Beef Recipe

  1. Marinate the steak for several hrs in a combination of the soy sauce, sherry, sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Keep turning to coat the meat.
  3. Cut the broccoli or possibly asparagus diagonally in small pcs.
  4. Drop in boiling water for 2 min.
  5. Drain under cool water.
  6. In a large skillet or possibly wok, heat 1/2 c. oil and saute/fry the meat, onions and mushrooms for 1 minute.
  7. Add in the broccoli or possibly asparagus.
  8. Add in the Accent and the salt.
  9. Stir 2-3 min.
  10. Serve over rice with a citrus salad and crunchy roll.
  11. Serves 4.
