Vanilla Rice Pudding

  1. Beat egg with wire whisk in large saucepan.
  2. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
  3. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. Stir in rice and raisins.
  5. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Pour evenly into 10 dessert dishes or 1-1/2-quart serving bowl.
  9. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  10. Serve warm.
  11. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
