Sweet and Sour Deviled Pickled Eggs
- 6 Pickled Eggs (see Note)
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Black Sesame Seeds
- Fresh Chives, Finely Chopped

- Cut each pickled egg in half lengthwise and place the yolk into a small bowl.
- Set the whites aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork, and then stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, brown sugar, and pepper.
- Place the mixture into a small Ziploc bag, snip off the end, and then fill each egg half.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives.
