Mothers' Day Bbq Ribs Recipe
- 2 slabs baby back ribs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cut ribs into manageable pcs - 3 or possibly 4 ribs per piece.
- Boil in large kettle in salted water for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs till very tender.
- Arrange ribs bottom side up in shallow foil-lined baking pans.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Remove from oven and turn over.
- Bake another 20 to 30 min or possibly till ribs begin to brown.
- Spoon sauce over ribs and return to oven for 5 or possibly 10 min.
- Don't BURN!
- Serves 4-6.
- We usually serve ribs with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes and fried apples or possibly applesauce.
