Kalakand II

  1. Mash the cottage cheese coarsely in a bowl.
  2. Add milk powder to it.
  3. Then, mix in the condensed milk.
  4. Heat the mixture in a thick bottomed pan.
  5. Cook on medium flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
  6. This will take about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Spread onto a greased plate.
  9. Sprinkle cardamom powder over it.
  10. Allow it to cool completely.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
  12. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
  13. Enjoy!
