Fried Chicken Nuggets

• 4 12 ounces angel hair pasta
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons beer
• 2 tablespoons grated cheese
• 12 cup breadcrumbs
• 12 lb chicken breast
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 14 cup spaghetti sauce

1. Cook and drain pasta.
2. In one bowl beat egg and beer together.
3. In another bowl mix crumbs and cheese.
4. Dip pieces into egg mixture than in crumb mixture.
5. Fry for 10 minutes.
6. Add sauce.
7. Serve over pasta.
