Spanish-ish Strawberry Slushito
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 quart 1:1 simple syrup
- 6 ounces Gin
- 2 ounces Campari
- 3 ounces fresh lime juice
- Fresh Basil leaves
- Dice the strawberries and infuse them overnight in a quart of 1:1 simple syrup.

- Strain, discard the spent fruit and refrigerate the syrup until ready to use.
- In a blender, add 5 ounces of the strawberry syrup, along with the gin, Campari and fresh lime juice.
- Fill to the top with ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with basil leaves.
