Banana Cream Pie

  1. Place wafer crumbs, walnuts, butter and sugar in food processor; cover.
  2. Process until mixture forms fine crumbs.
  3. Press evenly onto bottoms of three full hotel pans (or one full hotel pan for trial recipe).
  4. Bake at 350F for 10 min.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Arrange bananas over crusts.
  7. Place pudding and mousse mixes in mixing bowl.
  8. Add milk.
  9. Blend on high speed 8 min.
  10. Gently stir in vanilla and banana flavoring.
  11. Spoon evenly over bananas; top with wafers.
  12. Cover with whipped topping.
