Banana Cream Pie
- 3 boxes vanilla wafer crumbs
- 3 cups walnuts, finely chopped
- 2-1/4 cups butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 18 each bananas, sliced
- 3 cups JELL-O Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1-1/2 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
- 3 qt. milk
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. imitation banana flavoring
- - vanilla wafers
- 6-3/4 qt. whipped topping, prepared
- Place wafer crumbs, walnuts, butter and sugar in food processor; cover.
- Process until mixture forms fine crumbs.
- Press evenly onto bottoms of three full hotel pans (or one full hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Bake at 350F for 10 min.
- Cool completely.
- Arrange bananas over crusts.
- Place pudding and mousse mixes in mixing bowl.
- Add milk.
- Blend on high speed 8 min.
- Gently stir in vanilla and banana flavoring.
- Spoon evenly over bananas; top with wafers.
- Cover with whipped topping.
