Gluten-Free Chicken Nuggets

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the chicken breasts into 1-1 1/2 inch nuggets.
  2. In a small bowl, mix flour and add a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. In another small bowl, add milk and a dash of salt and pepper.
  4. In a third small bowl, mix bread crumbs and spices.
  5. Dunk the chicken into the flour, then into the milk, then coat in the bread crumbs.
  6. Place onto a baking sheet, and bake for 24 minutes.
  7. Serve with ketchup or your favorite chicken dipping.
