(Diabetic) Cabbage Pineapple Salad Recipe

  1. Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt.
  2. Stir and put at room temperature 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  3. Drain.
  4. Mix in topping.
  5. Low calorie whipped topping - mix nondairy whipped topping with water.
