Fish Bobotie

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/370F.
  2. Mince the fish, onion, garlic, parsley, chilli, carrot and potatoes in a mincer or food processor.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spoon into a large, greased ovenproof dish and level the top.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and cooked.
  6. Serve with white rice and pampoenmoes (breaded pumpkin).
