Chocolate Syrup

• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
• 12 cup flour
• 12 cup granulated sugar
• 3 cups water

1. Wisk all dry ingredients together in a saucepan.
2. Add the water and wisk together all ingredients.
3. Cook on stovetop on high heat until boiling.
4. Remove from heat and sauce will thicken as it stands.
