Cyberealm's Cinnamon Apple Crisp
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon candies
- 1 cup water boiling
- 6 medium apples peeled, sliced
- 1 package cake mix, white, low fat
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Dissolve 1 tablespoon cinnamoncandies in boiling water, arrange apple slices in ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan.
- Pour cinnamon flavored water over top.
- Combine cake mix, brown sugar and melted butter in large bowl.
- Stir until thoroughly blended.
- Sprinkle crumbs over apple slices.
- Bake at 350F (180C) F for 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Serve with whipped topping, crushed cinnamon candies and mint leaves, if desired.
