Greek style turkey rice

  1. Sprinkle the diced turkey with the oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Fry off the turkey with a couple of teaspoons of oil in a saucepan for 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Keep aside on a low heat to keep it warm.
  4. Meanwhile bring some water to a boil, add the peas and cook until tender.
  5. Drain and mix with the fresh mint.
  6. Cook the rice according to the package.
  7. Mix together the turkey, peas and rice.
  8. Sprinkle on top the feta cheese and serve warm.
