Pork Chops and Apples
- 8 pork chops
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon sage
- 4 apples
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 12 cup raisins
- Brown pork chops in hot fat.
- Remove from fat.
- Add flour and sage to hot fat; cook until thickened.
- Add water and raisins.
- Return pork chops to pan and slice apples over them.
- Cover with brown sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
