Pork Chops and Apples

  1. Brown pork chops in hot fat.
  2. Remove from fat.
  3. Add flour and sage to hot fat; cook until thickened.
  4. Add water and raisins.
  5. Return pork chops to pan and slice apples over them.
  6. Cover with brown sugar.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
