Clubland

• Ice
• 2 ounces vodka
• 2 ounces dry white port
• 1 or 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the vodka, port and bitters and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Pinch the lemon twist over the drink, rub it around the rim of the glass and drop it into the drink.
