Fried Ravioli With Marinara

  1. Cook ravioli for 2 minutes.
  2. Place cooked ravioli on paper towels to drain; set aside.
  3. Combine pecans and cheese in a shallow dish.
  4. Whisk together milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Dip ravioli in egg mixture, then dredge in pecan mixture.
  6. Pour oil to a depth of 1/2" in a skillet or Dutch oven.
  7. Heat oil to 360F Fry ravioli in batches, 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
  9. In a large saucepan, combine marinara sauce and cream.
  10. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
  11. Boil 2 minutes Remove from heat.
  12. Serve warm ravioli with Marinara Cream.
