Buffalo Chicken Tenders

  1. Heat peanut oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs with hot sauce.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip chicken tenders in egg mixture, then coat in flour.
  5. Fry chicken in hot oil for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Do not crowd tenders in fryer.
  7. Drain on paper towels,.
  8. Blue Cheese Sauce:.
  9. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, blue cheese, celery, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  10. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  11. Serve warm chicken tenders with Blue Cheese Sauce to dip.
