Apple Butter Cheesecake Recipe
- 2 pkt (8oz) cream cheese
- 2/3 c. Mccutcheon's apple butter or possibly any mccutcheon's fruit butter
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x Graham cracker crust
- Blend softened cream cheese and apple butter till smooth.
- Add in Large eggs and blend well.
- Pour mix into crust and bake at 350 F for 40 min.
- Cold completely.
- Spread top with a thin layer of apple butter.
- If you like serve with whipped topping and minced walnuts.
