Stuffed Turkey & Swiss Pita Pockets

  1. First, trim the top 1/4 inch off of your pita pockets.
  2. This will allow you to begin stuffing.
  3. Then push a piece of Swiss into each pocket until it lies flat.
  4. Then add a palmful of sliced white mushrooms.
  5. Add a few pats of butter on top of the mushrooms.
  6. Then toss in a palmful of the turkey deli cuts.
  7. Lie on a cookie sheet and bake until cheese is melted at 350 degrees.
  8. This should only take about 15 minutes.
  9. I serve these with chips or salad.
  10. And, we always add mayo, ranch, or salsa to ours as condiments.
