Tom Collins With Elderflower And Hops Cocktail

• 2 ounces Beefeater Gin
• 2 ounces Bittermilk No. 2 Tom Collins with Elderflower and Hops
• 3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 5-6 mint leaves

1. Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice.
2. Strain contents into a tall glass with ice, finishing with a mint garnish and straw.
