Avocado and Mango Crostini

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take the garlic clove and rub onto the top of each piece of bread.
  3. Brush the tops with the olive oil.
  4. Place the bread on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven until lightly toasted (you can also do this on the grill if desired).

  6. In a bowl, combine the diced avocado, diced mango, and lime juice.
  7. Toss to combine.
  8. Add salt to taste.

  10. Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture on top of each slice of toasted bread.
  11. Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes on top and serve.
  12. Note: If you dont like mangoes, you can also use peaches or even strawberries!
