Shrimps in Green Sauce

  1. SAUTE leeks in butter in large frypan on medium heat until tender.
  2. Add cream cheese, milk, wine & mustard; stir until smooth.
  3. ADD spinach to sauce mixture; cover & cook 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in shrimp & cook just until heated through.
  5. Serve over rice.
