Kormos

  1. In a basin brake the cookies in quarters and sprinkle with the liquor and cocoa
  2. Follow the bain marie technique to melt the dark chocolate and the butter
  3. Add the melted chocolate into the basin and stir well in order to mix up everything
  4. Melt the bananas and add them in the mix.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Put the mix in a greaseproof paper and make a roll.
  7. Leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours and serve it cold.
