Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Coat filet(s) with EVOO then coat with dry mixture.
  3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  4. Place filets on pan.
  5. Bake at 400AF for approx.
  6. 10-12 mins or until they flake.
