Chicken Salsa Dip
- 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 jars (16 Oz. Jar) Your Favorite Salsa (Tostitos Brand Is Really Good!)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Adobo Seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- First heat up the oil in a skillet.
- Season you chicken breast with the adobo seasoning and salt and pepper.
- Cook your chicken in the olive oil until cooked through.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, take the chicken out of the skillet and chop/shred the cooked chicken.
- Return to the skillet with all the juices and mix in your favorite salsa.
- Cook for about 5 minutes to let all the flavors mix together and come out.
- In the meantime, spread your cream cheese on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish or two 9 pie plates.
- Pour your chicken mixture on top of the cream cheese.
- Generously sprinkle your Monterey Jack cheese on top of the other layers.
- Wrap in foil and bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted on top.
- Take out and enjoy with your favorite chips!
- Its a great party pleaser.
