Double-Cheese Drop Biscuits
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 100 g (1/2 of 200-g pkg.) P'tit Quebec Very Mild White Cheddar Cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
- 1/2 cup milk
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Mix flour and baking powder in large bowl.
- Cut in cream cheese product with 2 knives until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar, onions and sage.
- Add milk; stir just until mixture forms soft dough.
- Drop 2 Tbsp.
- dough, 2 inches apart, into 16 mounds on baking sheet.
- Bake 13 to 16 min.
- or until golden brown.
