Fish Soup#1
- 1 pound fish fresh (croakers, porgies, etc.)
- 2 teaspoons ginger or fresh ginger root , smashed, ground
- 2 medium tomatoes quartered
- 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
- 1 each lemon juice of
- 4 cups water
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 each scallions, spring or green onions stalk , diced
- Put all ingredients except lemon juice in a large sauce pan and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Bring serving, add lemon juice and diced scallion and serve.
