Crystal Ice Cream in a Wine Glass
- 2 scoops ice cream
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 cup cream
- Put a scoop of ice cream into a bowl or wine glass.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients until the ice cream is slightly melted, and the spices and cream are blended through.
- Freeze for one hour.
- When done the desert will be slightly crystalized and crunchy.
- Can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 days uncovered.
