Graham Cracker Butterscotch Dessert Recipe
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Supermoist white cake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce.) jar butterscotch ice cream topping
- Sweetened whipped cream (see below)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour rectangular pan, 9x13x2 inches.
- Prepare cake mix as directed on package except--stir graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and orange peel into batter.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake as directed.
- Cold cake completely.
- Frost with sweetened whipped cream; drizzle with ice cream topping.
- Chill till serving time.
- Serve with additional butterscotch sauce, if you like.
- Chill any remaining dessert.
