Spicy Beef Roast
- 3 lbs beef roast
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 (2 g) packet sazon goya con culantro y achiote
- 12 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup beef broth (or water)
- Place frozen roast in crockpot.
- Sprinkle with the Goya seasoning.
- Dump can of tomatoes over the roast and add chopped onion.
- Pour beef broth over all.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
